A/ Work description

Do you have any 2D plan or 3D model and you want to make a visualization out of it?
After consulting your ideas, we may turn them into a visualization. We reach a high-end quality visualization with a focus on every detail of your ideas (the 2nd step) from a very simple visualization (the 1st step).

  • Please send us your 2D plans in the following formats: DWG, PDF, JPEG, PNG, PLA, PLN or any scan of your sketch. Firstly, we create a 3D model of your architecture according to your plans.
  • Then, we may propose you our graphic solution. If you already have your own 3D model, you may also send it to us in the following formats: SKP, DWG, DXF, 3DS, PLA as these formats are much easier to process and it also takes less time. We will do all the necessary adjustments regarding the scenes and lights, and turn your ideas into a dreamed visualization.
  • Please send us short instructions, textures, inspiration photos, light examples, photos of places where you create your project proposal in the attachment to your 2D plans or 3D models.

B/ 1. Step – simple render

  • The first step that we make is a simple visualization which is a topic of a consultation, before the adjustments, such as camera angles, textures, light (shadows), or composition.

C/ 2. Step – render in a higher quality

  • In the second step, after your reconsideration as well as approval of issues from the first step, we improve the quality of the final image of your project and we also add two versions of staffage (people, trees, etc. ).

D/ Final visualization

  • Finally, after approving of all the issues of the visualization, we finalize your visualization and you may choose your final output format from the following formats: JPEG, PNG, BMP or TIFF with resolution 300 dpi, dimensions: 420 x 297 mm. Indeed, you may have any other requirements, which we will try to fulfill with a pleasure.

Payment policy

  • 1. 50 % of the whole price: after finishing the 1st step
  • 2. The rest 50 % of the price: after finishing the whole work.
  • Other requirements for some changes or addition will be charged as a surcharge which will be counted separately.
